We probably never would’ve met if my dad didn’t need me to pick my little sister up from work at Zaby’s a few years back…… I met Jamie in route to my commute to pick up my little sister. He was funny, vocal, and persistent. He had given me his number and demanded that I called him. I figured, “why not” and so I did. That one phone call changed my whole future and here we are two years later engaged and planning a wedding!

On the anniversary of when we first met, Jamie had been acting weird all day, but I didn’t think anything of it. To know Jamie is to know he’s a unique character filled with energy and that’s what I like about him most. Jamie surprised me with a nice dinner at Ruth Chris and the entire time he was sweating profusely. He kept getting up and talking privately amongst the restaurant staff. I thought things felt strange, but I went with the flow. People eventually started to crowd our table, chatter and clap- of course (me minding my business as usual, I ignored it.)(LOL) The chatter had gotten closer and more loud. By the time I turned to look back at the commotion, a tray stood before me with a beautiful message asking, “will you marry me?” When I turned back around, Jamie was on one knee asking for my hand in marriage! Of course I said.”YES!!!” And here we are engaged to be married! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with each of you! We thank you all for your support along the way!
