What is the itinerary for the wedding weekend?

Answer

Our weekend wedding will start with a cocktail night on Friday (5pm onwards), followed by the Wedding and Reception on Saturday, and finish with a brunch on Sunday (by noon). You can find all the details in the schedule tab of this website.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

You can reach the venue through various modes of transport. 1. Public transport - The closest train station is Maastricht Centrum. From there you can take Bus 57, and get down at the bus stop Heijenrath. From there, the venue is 1min walking. Cost from Maastricht to location is approximately 6 euros. 2. Car - There is sufficient parking space at the venue. 3. Taxi - There are private taxis and Uber services available.

Do I need to travel between the hotel and the wedding venue?

Answer

No, all the celebrations and the stay will be at the same location, so no travel required.

What will the weather be like at that time of year?

Answer

August is one of the best times to be in the Netherlands - we are hoping for a sunny summer day. Google says average temperature is around 20 degree (min 13 and max 23 degrees), with low to medium possibility of rain.

How do I send the RSVP and by when?

Please use the tab called 'RSVP' on this website to send your reply. We would appreciate if you can confirm by end-March or mid - April.

Do you have a hotel block for guest? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Our wedding venue has group villas, which we have blocked for our guests. Our guests can enjoy the celebrations without having to travel between locations. After confirming your RSVP, we will share the pricing and other house rules.

What should I do if I have dietary requirements?

Answer

No worries - once we have the final guest, we will get in touch to confirm any dietary restrictions.
