How We Met Cecily was living in California while Oleg was in Florida — two different worlds, thousands of miles apart, yet somehow meant to meet. On April 3, 2024, Cecily was in Florida for what was supposed to be just a vacation. Just a trip. Just a few sunny days. But God had other plans. As she walked past a restaurant in South Florida Oleg noticed her. Instead of letting the moment pass, he stopped her, introduced himself, and asked her to dinner. She said yes. ✨ The First Date Their first date was at the iconic Mar a Lago Club elegant, timeless, unforgettable. After dinner, they walked along the beach. The ocean was calm. A full moon lit up the sky. Under that moonlight, they shared their first kiss. It felt effortless. Certain. Meant to be. 🌙 Under the Same Moon Distance followed in the year after, but so did devotion. Different states, different time zones — yet always under the same moon that witnessed the beginning. Phone calls turned into flights. Distance turned into forever. Cecily soon moved to Florida, and later Oleg proposed. Now, that same love story continues, under the same moon, as they say “I do” in Rome.
