Early Bird Baseball

This is a VERY loosely organized event! If you are in town early enough, we'd love to hang out with you at the Guardian's baseball game. Cecily's rowing team practices on the Cuyahoga river on Thursday nights. They're planning on dressing up a little for her last practice as a single woman! Get your dinner al fresco at a river-facing restaurant in "The Flats" or catch the Metropark's concert at Merwin's Wharf to (very possibly) see her team doing their thing! It's cool, I promise. (This is not an organized event for guests, just an enthusiastic invitation to glimpse Cecily in her Cleveland-era sport.)

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

"Colorful Cocktail": Wear summery colors, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, etc. We're going for light and breezy, but also take the opportunity to dress up a little :) We kindly request that black dresses be avoided.
Please see below for some FAQs! If you are planning on parking at the zoo, follow the signage that says "Stillwater Event Parking" and gather at the shuttle stop. All guests will be required to take the special zoo event shuttle to and from the parking lot. Keep an eye out for signage labeled "Stillwater Event". The ceremony and the reception take place in a private area of the zoo and will not require lots of walking (be ready to dance though!). The ceremony is outside, however it will be covered under the shade of a large pavilion. There are not any grassy or soft surfaces, so feel free to wear whatever shoes you feel most comfortable/beautiful/handsome in! The reception will be inside Stillwater Place (see pic above), a designated event venue steps from the ceremony space with private bathrooms and accessible accommodations available. This venue is well suited for all ages and abilities to enjoy our special day with us. We can't wait for you to join us!

Brunch for out of town visitors at the Kimpton Hotel

We invite all of our local guests and anyone visiting who wants a little more time to celebrate with us to join us for an afternoon of food and gathering at Jon's sister, Jodie's home. Note: Jodie's house is a 16 minute drive from downtown Cleveland and located in the suburb of Independence.
