What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 1:00pm! We ask that you arrive by 12:45pm to give you time to walk past Pavilion 14 & grab a great seat on the beach!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual or as fancy as you like! It’s an outdoor beach event. The weather is usually in the upper 70’s- lower 80’s in February.

Of course! Just let us know so we can have a good head count for the caterer!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ll be staying at the BeachComber in St Pete Beach, where we’ll be hanging afterwards at Jimmie B’s for an ‘after party’. All the snowbirds travel to Florida these months, so hotels book quickly on the beach! Some suggestions of neighboring hotels (close to the BeachComber) are Howard Johnson’s, The Postcard Inn, Tradewinds, Guy Harvey, The Sirata, The Grand Plaza. All within walking distance of ‘Jimmie B’s’, located beachside, at the BeachComber.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking immediately in front of Pavilion 14. When you enter into Ft DeSoto Park, go to the T in the road & make a left. Parking for Pavilion #14 will then be located immediately on you right. *please note that there’s a $5 entrance/parking fee to enter Ft DeSoto Park
