We’re getting married!

It all began in a high school history class, where fate decided to seat two hearts across from each other. From pep rallies to prom, late-night texts to early morning coffee runs, we became best friends! Yet, as time went on, those feelings quietly grew beneath the surface, surprising us both. What started as laughter and an amazing friendship slowly blossomed into something more beautiful than either of us expected. Now, after all these years, we’re adding one more milestone … and finally giving history something worth remembering.

For Valentine’s Day, Dedrian surprised me with the trip of a lifetime—a weekend in Florida and my very first visit to Disney World! ✨ From the moment we walked down Main Street, watched the fireworks, and soaked in all the magic, I knew it was going to be a trip I’d never forget, but he had one more surprise in store. On our last day, we went for a walk along the beach. With the waves crashing and the sun setting, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the most beautiful ending to a magical week—and the perfect beginning to our forever.
