Please RSVP by September 28th so we can have an accurate headcount. If you are unable to respond by this date, we will assume you will not be able to join us.
Please check your invite for a plus one. As much as we want everyone there to celebrate with us, we can only accommodate so many people and want it to be with people who truly love and cherish us.
We kindly ask you to check your RSVP card to see if your child's name is listed. If your child's name is not included on the card, we regretfully won't be able to accommodate them due to space constraints. We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate these decisions, and we hope that you can still join us in celebrating this joyous occasion. Your presence means the world to us, and we can't wait to share this special day with you.
We will be having our wedding at the end of October in Camino, CA by Apple Hill. Since we are in the mountains it will be on the cooler side so make sure to bring an extra layer to keep warm if needed. The average for October is a high of 79 and a low of 53.
There will be 2 gates for the venue. The first gate will be for parking, free of charge and there is a shuttle service to the venue or it is a few hundred feet walk down to the venue. You will see a gate with Silverthorn Meadows on the front and a plethora of Christmas trees.
Please come in whatever makes you feel comfortable and is semi-formal. Try a nice lace or jacquard cocktail dress, or a longer gown with embellishment or beading, and men try a nice formal jacket or blazer and nice pants. No casual T-Shirts and absolutely no white please.
There are grassy and concrete areas. Please wear what you are comfortable with. Preferably no stiletto's so we do not poke holes in the grass.
Our entire event will be outdoors and the reception area will have a covered tent for the dinner portion and a dance floor under the trees and stars.
We are requesting that the ceremony be unplugged since we have hired an amazing photographer to capture the breathtaking moments. As soon as we are officially husband and wife, please feel free to take all the pictures in the world!
We will be having an open half bar. There will be bubbles and beer but unfortunately there will be no liquor provided. Please do not bring any in either or you will be asked to leave the event early. Food wise we will be having a buffet style of sides, salad, and pasta for you to enjoy!
There are a few AirBNB's local to the area, a few bed and breakfast's, and just 9 miles down the road is a Best Western in Pollock Pines and Placerville.
