Work, work, work... we met after Rolando's team helped Ceci with a warrant arrest. Ceci was all business while Rolando wanted to get to know Ceci more. Luckily for Rolando, and with the help of our mutual friend, Mike, Ceci agreed to go out on a lunch date with Rolando. Although, Ceci was hesitant about dating Rolando due to their profession, Rolando was able to win Ceci's heart over.

Rolando surprised Ceci with a trip to Honolulu, HA, using the excuse that he needed to recharge. He proposed under the moonlight and stars, and of course Ceci said, "YES!". The next day after the proposal, we went to Pearl Harbor, where Ceci picked an oyster shell, which gave her a pink pearl. She chose to make a necklace out of it. Rolando also picked an oyster shell, which gave him two pink pearls. We decided to hold off on a jewlery selection, as Ceci could not decide. Fast forward to 2021, we made the choice to be civilly married due to having to postpone our wedding thanks to COVID. We went on a mini honeymoon to Maui. While visiting Ceci took the two pink pearls, and chose to put them in earrings. Pink pearls represent love and passion. We chose to make these a part of Ceci's accessories for the big day, as they represent our story.
