Flight

Miami International Airport

Miami International Airport is one of the two airports that we recommend flying into. It is approximately an hour drive to the Ocean Reef Club from MIA. There are 3 transportation options from the airport to the Ocean Reef Club: 1. Uber/Lyft about $75 ONLY TO Ocean Reef. Uber/ Lyft CANNOT PICK YOU UP at the Reef when you're ready to head back to the airport. So I HIGHLY OPPOSE using Uber unless you get a private transfer back to the airport. RENT A CAR :) 2. Rental car for the whole trip - book online through any rental car company at airport 3. Private car service- depends on passengers but approximately $250 one-way total for all passengers (Best options for large families) Please feel free to reach out to me for the private car service and i'll help you out.

Travel Note There are three on-site transportation options: 1. Rental car 2. Golf cart 3. On-site van transportation Rental car: If you would like to have a car while you are at the wedding (the other option is to rent a golf cart), we recommend renting a car at the airport through any rental car company. Golf carts: Golf carts are the easiest way to get around the club. You can rent a golf cart for $40/day using our group rate. Promo code is (RodriguezRavn) 4-6 person golf cart options available. **Click the link provided to rent a golf cart through Barracuda Rentals. Please note, you will not get the same discount through Ocean Reef and MUST book through Barracuda Rentals in order to receive the group rate of $40/day. Free on-property transportation: The club provides free on-property van transportation. We do not recommend solely relying on van transportation, but guests are free to use this service whenever they would like.

Key Largo Bay Marriott Beach Resort

This is a more affordable option instead of staying onsite at The Reef. Please note that this property is 20 minutes from Ocean Reef. Unfortunately, Ubers are not permitted to pickup guests in Ocean Reef, so I would highly recommend renting a car at the airport since this will be your only means of transportation to and from The Reef. Also, please note that you will not have any privileges at The Reef (dining, drinks, purchasing anything) should you decide to stay off property as everything is charged on a club card and not by credit card or cash. Please note, there is NO room block at the Marriott. If you decide to stay here, please let me know so I can track where everyone is staying. All of the events throughout the weekend will take place at The Reef, other than the Ceremony on Friday afternoon at the Church in Key Largo.
