Question
Can we smoke?
Answer
The venue has a hard no smoking policy. PLEASE do not bring anything to smoke onto the property or they may cancel our event! Any smoking should be done before arrival.

Can we bring kids?
Answer
If your kids are on your invitation then yes! You can choose to have them stay home but we are working on having a kids area after dinner for them! P.S. After cake and first dances it will be full party mode. We will let you decide whether you would like for them to attend!

Will it be open seating?
Answer
Unfortunately, with the limited space we will likely have a seating chart. Please sit at the table you were assigned until after dinner so we can make sure there is a chair for everyone. After dinner you will be free to sit (and dance) anywhere!

Can we bring our own alcohol?
Answer
No, all alcohol must be behind the bar and served by the bartender. I.D. will be required.

Will it be open bar?
Answer
Yes! Open bar will be from 5-8:30! Feel free to tip the bartender, but no cash is required.

Space is limited at the venue so please get with Cecelia or Trace personally.

Hotels in the area?
Answer
Still Waters Retreat is 10 minutes from the venue. There are also hotels in Bridgeport and Decatur that are 30 minutes away.
