The ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors underneath the oak tree. In the event that the weather becomes uncooperative, the ceremony will be moved to the second floor loft of the stone barn. The reception dinner will be located indoors within the stone barn.
We kindly ask that all guests do not arrive prior to 2:30pm to allow the wedding party ample time and space to finish setup and take their photos.
The wedding will not be a black tie event, but we kindly ask our guests to be dressed in formal attire. The grass can be soft, so please keep that in your considerations for shoe choices.
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children at the wedding. Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our ceremony and reception. We thank you for your understanding.
Yes, alcohol will be served at the start of cocktail hour and proceed through the wedding from 3:30pm - 9:30pm. Please note that this will be a cash bar, and no guests under the age of 21 will be permitted to drink.
Yes, within the Blacksmith's hut, there will be a table that will have snacks available for everyone to enjoy prior to the reception dinner.
Yes, the Home 2 Suites will provide a shuttle service to and from the venue. Additionally, there is limited parking available at the venue.
Yes, guests can select one of two available meal options when they RSVP to the 'Reception and Dinner in the Stone Barn' event.
Within the 'Reception and Dinner in the Stone Barn' RSVP section, there will be a field available to specify any dietary restrictions to the caterer.
During the ceremony, we kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos and silence their phones to allow the wedding photographers the best working environment to take their photos. After the ceremony, we encourage guests to take as many photos as they'd like.
There will be a gift table within the Blacksmith's hut at the venue.
