At the beginning of November, winter weather will be setting in. Although temperatures can fluctuate, a range of 35°F to 20°F is typical. Skies will likely be cloudy, with a high chance of snow or wet snow.
We kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire for our celebration. Wear Sunday best to fancy dress. Gentlemen in jackets and ties.
All of the planned wedding events will take place indoors. There will be short walks from parking lots into buildings. The activities suggested under the "Things To Do" tab range from indoors to outdoors, but they can be enjoyed at your own will.
Yes, both events will take place at Life Church. The public ceremony will be in the sanctuary on the upper level of the building. The private reception will be held on the lower level of the building.
All wedding events will have more than sufficient parking space. While we are unable to provide transportation, we suggest guests utilize ride-share services (such as Uber or Lyft). If you choose to rent a car for the trip, please keep in mind the potential for hazardous road conditions—it is very possible there will be sleet, snow, and ice on roadways.
Our ceremony will be public; you are welcome to bring a plus one. Due to space limitations, the reception is by invitation only.
The private reception will serve a choice of protein, with vegetable sides. This meal will not be wholly gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian.
