Flight

Central Illinois Regional Airport (Bloomington, IL)

There are two airports equidistant from the venue, but we recommend flying into CIRA in Bloomington, IL. CIRA is closer to the Hyatt Place Bloomington/Normal, where we have a hotel block and shuttle to and from the venue.

Peoria International Airport (Peoria, IL)

While PIA is equally close to the venue, we do not have a hotel block or shuttle service in Peoria.

Train

Uptown Station (Amtrak Station in Normal, IL)

If you're coming from a shorter distance, like Chicago or St. Louis, you may want to consider taking the Amtrak to Uptown Station. Our hotel is right across the street, and walkable to some great shopping and restaurants!

Hyatt Place Bloomington/Normal

We have a hotel block at the Hyatt Place in Uptown Normal. This is a wonderful location with lots to do (check out the "Things to Do" section!). Both Adam and CeCe spent a lot of time in the Uptown Normal area in high school and college.

Shuttle

Peoria Charter Coach

November 8, 2025 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

The private shuttle will leave Hyatt Place promptly at 3:30 pm. There will be two return options from the venue following the reception (approximately 9:30 pm and 11 pm).
