What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire for the wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Men - please wear a suit - jacket optional. Ladies - all dresses welcome!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Due to restrictions at the venue, we're only accommodating children in our close family. Our apologies! If you need help finding childcare for the night of, please reach out to us!

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is currently planned for outside. Cocktail hour + the rest of the evening will be indoors with the option of enjoying the outdoor patio. It will be August in Charleston, so it'll be HOT. Dress accordingly!

Where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding is planned for downtown Charleston, but there are many other great areas to stay in Charleston. Downtown is great if you want to easily walk around the city and enjoy all the restaurants/sights Charleston has to offer. Isle of Palms or Folly Beach are two great beach towns about 25-30 minutes from downtown if you want to more of a beach vibe. Mt. Pleasant is also a great option about 15 minutes from both downtown and Sullivans Island/Isle of Palms if you want a mix of both. Steven and I will be staying in Isle of Palms for the weekend.
