Question

Where should I go to the beach?

Answer

There are plenty of public beach accesses throughout the island. We recommend making your way down to the town of Topsail Beach at the south end of the island where public beach access parking is less crowded.

What should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be cocktail attire. The ceremony will be indoors, however the reception will be held outside on grass.

Will there be transportation on wedding day?

Answer

Yes, for those staying on the island. Please see the "Schedule" section for the shuttle schedule. There is NO parking at the venue, only at the church where the ceremony will take place. The shuttle will then bring all guests from the ceremony location to the reception.

Where should I park for the welcome party?

Answer

While there is NO parking available at the welcome party location, there are 2 walkable parking areas at Public Beach Access 5 (Barwick Ave) and Public Beach Access 6 (Rocky Mount Ave). Transportation will be provided to and from the church parking lot (1040 South Anderson Blvd) during this time as well.

What are the entree details for wedding night?

Answer

On your RSVP, you can choose between 2 options - beef and shrimp (both of which are gluten free!). Beef - grilled beef tender with sweet potato mash and green beans Shrimp - fire roasted jerk shrimp with coconut basmati rice and green beans Various hors d’oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour. Any dietary restrictions should be noted so we can accommodate everyone.

What is Claire's Dad's one piece of advice?

Don't speed on the island! Topsail Beach police have nothing better to do :)
