Kelly is Candice's twin sister. From being in mom's womb to sharing a college dorm, Kelly had been Candice's OG roommate since the year of 1997. Reflecting on the past eventful 26 years, Kelly's nothing but proud and excited to a part of this wonderful ceremony, celebrating the beginning of Candice and Daniel's lifelong commitment. If you'd like to hear about Candice's embarrassing childhood stories, you know who to go to, because she has plenty of stories to share. Kelly's currently based in Kansas City. If she's not working her butt off in corporate America for that next big promotion, you can expect to find her attempting to master the crow pose in yoga.

Royce met Daniel very early in life and has been there for him since day 1, literally. Very few people can claim that their brother is the most intelligent, talented, and handsome person on earth, and I'm so happy that Daniel can say that. I am excited to be best man on Daniel's big day and can't wait to see what God has in store for the lovely couple.

Kristina has the honor of being Candice's childhood friend. From first meeting in Beijing back in middle school to catching up over ten years later in North Carolina, it's as if these two haven't missed a beat. Candice's bright soul, deep seated kindness, and sharp wit has only gotten stronger as the years have passed. And now, Kristina gets to witness first hand the union between Candice and Daniel. Kristina wishes that the love and adoration between the couple will continue to persevere and for the happiness that they have created to flourish. Kristina is based in Raleigh, NC and can be found fishing mountain lakes and streams with her husband Dang and puppy Button.

Preston is Daniel’s second smallest friend. He stopped weighing himself to have a healthier relationship with his mom, and to maintain an unhealthy relationship with his body image. Don’t even think about bringing up Aaron baiting in COD, mechanical keyboards, or investment opportunities involving retail gaming stores. He enjoys dressing up nicely to engage in derelict behavior please no flash photography. YMMV.
Flora Chen
Bridesmaid
Flora was the designated compost bin for Candice (and sometimes Kelly). The story goes that back in the days of middle school, Flora was a ravenous little kid, while Candice was a not-so-ravenous little kid. The two formed a natural allegiance when Candice realized Flora could gulp down her half-eaten lunch so she could bring home an empty lunchbox, thereby creating an illusion that she has actually finished her meal. Flora has since retired from her coveted position as a human compost bin, and decided to get a less exciting job as a Machine Learning Engineer. She lives in San Francisco and is a big bike nerd.
Aaron Rohlman
Groomsman
Aaron is probably Daniel’s tallest friend. He will graduate from UNC School of Medicine and will specialize in pediatric hematology/oncology. He loves to bait his friends in Call of Duty, frequently steals kills, and his favorite saying is “he’s one shot”. Aaron is blessed to have friends like Daniel and Candice and he is excited to see what God has in store for their marriage!

Christie and Candice found each other while learning about midwifery at a women's birthing center. Although they were in different nursing school cohorts, they clicked immediately. On the second time meeting, they spent hours just talking about deep and silly things with the side of a big batch of seafood pasta they made together and the bottle of Trader Joe's sangria. Ever since then, they slowly and effortlessly built a beautiful friendship! Christie feels blessed to have met Candice and have a friend who shares similar beliefs in life. She is very excited to celebrate Candice and Daniel. She lives in Chapel Hill and loves cuddling her furry cat MoMo.
Nathan Tran

Nathan is Daniel’s cousin. Nathan is currently a full-time student at Cairn University and is on the Varsity Men’s Volleyball Team as a setter. Daniel has always been the older brother that Nathan never had and they both have developed an unmatched synergy when it comes to playing Overcooked together. Best believe as a pastor’s son, he’s going to show why even his hips don’t lie on the dance floor.
