Flight bookings can be made on your own OR through our travel agent. We recommend flying in the day before the cruise leaves (Apr 16th) in case of delays. If you choose to fly in on the day of the cruise, your flight must land in Orlando early enough for you to arrive at the cruise port by 2:00 pm latest on Apr 17. The port is about 45 minutes–1 hour from Orlando Airport, so plan accordingly. With just over 50 guests attending, it’s a lot to coordinate, so each person/couple/family will be responsible for making their own transportation arrangements.
You can book transfers through Royal Caribbean (approx. $50 each way) and must be booked in advance through the travel agent and are available only from the airport. You can also arrange your own transportation (Uber, taxi, shuttle service, etc.).
It all depends on how much you plan on drinking! Drinks are roughly $12-14 USD each, so if you think you’ll have more than, which let’s be real, you will, then yes you should! Personally, we do recommend it. That way you can get as many drinks as you want without worrying about a bill at the end of the weekend. It also includes specialty coffees (lattes, americanos, etc). Who doesn’t enjoy a latte with some Baileys in the mornings? More details here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0OVLoRdAj0 Packages are optional, and you can pay per drink while onboard.
Food is all included on the ship, for the most part… Specialty dining is extra, but there are lots of options that are complimentary (including the main dining room for diner), so no need to plan on spending money on food or buying any dining packages.
