What is the dress code?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking the lake, followed by a reception in the barn. We invite guests to wear summer cocktail attire—think dressy but comfortable for a warm August evening. Light fabrics, colorful dresses, and suits or blazers are all welcome. Please keep in mind the ceremony will be on the lawn, so shoes suitable for grass are highly recommended.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to venue capacity and budget, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that plus ones are not reassigned. Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is ample parking available at Bear Mountain Inn. Simply drive straight into the Inn's property and follow the road to the large designated parking lot.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. Our professional photographers will beautifully capture every special moment, allowing us to be fully present and immersed in our wedding day. You're welcome to take photos at any other time and share them with us afterward!

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request that our reception be an adults-only celebration. We will be limiting attendance to the immediate family of the bride and groom. We appreciate your understanding and support.
