With the health and safety of our guests as our highest priority, we plan to follow the latest WA State Covid-19 Requirements for Weddings and request that all guests be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 which means it has been two weeks past your 2nd dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or 1st dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Having a "fully vaccinated" wedding allows us to provide an environment where all guests can safely celebrate with one another as our event will not be subject to any of the COVID-19 requirements regarding social distancing between individuals or groups, masks, standing, mingling, dancing and/or food and beverage service. Just imagine it being as close to "normal" as we can possibly get after an incredibly difficult year and a half! The venue has the option to verify that all guests provide proof of vaccination (if 12 years of age or older). The following list is acceptable as proof of full vaccination: Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered) -OR- a photo of a vaccination card as a separate document -OR- a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device -OR- documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record. As far as children goes, we request that you have a negative Covid-19 test within 24 hours of the party date and provide proof upon request onsite. Documentation can include a printed result from the test provider or laboratory -OR- an email or text message displayed on a phone or electronic device from the test provider or laboratory. The information provided should include the child's name, type of test performed, and date of negative test result. THIS GIST: -NO VACCINE PROOF, NO ENTRY! -KIDS (12 AND UNDER) PROVIDE NEGATIVE TEST RESULT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE EVENT -MASKS OPTIONAL FOR EVERYONE
Cody and Lauren have known each other since grade school, Washington Elementary in Wenatchee. They practically grew up together running in and out of each others friend groups all through middle school and high school. Many years later, love was in the air at Kurt and Keri Davis’s wedding. With only a few guests going stag, and a big chill in the air, we were brought together by tequila shots and a dance floor. Things simmered for a while, Lauren was hesitant and Cody was persistent. Now or never, 3 months into seeing each other, they jumped in with both feet and decided to head to South East Asia together for 13 weeks. 11 years and 14 countries later, here we are. The yin and yang is true in their relationship. Lauren is a mover and a shaker, and Cody is the grounded support that she needs. This has been a long time coming. We didn’t wait for any reason or the ‘right time’, but right now we need something to celebrate. We are so happy to share this day with all of you 🖤
Update: WE ARE WELL AWARE OF DELTA AND THAT IT MAY NOT BE SAFE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH OUR EVENT. PLEASE CHECK BACK CLOSER TO OUR EVENT DATE FOR MORE INFORMATION. Wishing you all health and safety, and hoping we can all celebrate together!
