We wish we could invite everyone, but the ceremony and reception are strictly RSVP only. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Additionally, please leave the kids at home and enjoy your night out as this is a kids free wedding and we are completely maxed out on space.
Dress code is formal/cocktail attire (no white dresses please)! We would also recommend no heels, boots are the preferred footwear as this is a working ranch. The ceremony will be outdoors so please plan accordingly (bring a jacket)!
No! We are very sorry! We love your children, however, we cannot accommodate anymore guests (no matter how small). Our venue is VERY limited on space and we have reached the limit on guests allowed. We will not have any extra chairs available.
We have a shuttle booked for transportation on site and transportation to and from Cayucos. If you are staying at a hotel in Cayucos, please contact Kayla by APRIL 1ST at (925) 323-7669 about reserving a spot on the shuttle. This will be first come, first serve as there are only limited seats. If you do not reserve a shuttle spot, you will need to drive to the venue.
The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location at Swallow Creek Ranch in Cayucos, just a few miles north of town. The address is 6030 Highway 1.
Unfortunately our RSVP deadline has passed. If you need to change your RSVP, please contact Kayla at (925) 323-7669.
There is free parking at the venue, however, we recommend carpooling if possible. There will be parking attendants at the top of the hill to guide you to a shuttle which will take you to the ceremony site. If you are driving to the site, it is recommended that you get there early in order to make it on the shuttle.
Please see the "Hotels" tab for accommodations we recommend!
From what we have been told, no. This is a working ranch outside of town. There is a landline at the venue that can be used to check on the little ones at home.
The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held (mostly) indoors at the barn onsite. The temperatures at that time of year usually hit high 60s and lows around 50. Please plan accordingly and bring a jacket.
Yes, you may drive to the venue and park there overnight, however, you must pick up your vehicle the next morning. Just remember, there is no cell service, so you will not be able to order an Uber. Make sure you pre-plan your ride home.
You will be missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
