When and where is the ceremony?

Answer

Date: August 4, 2025 Time: 4:00 PM Location: River Bridge Event Center Please arrive by 4:00 pm to allow time for parking and transitioning into the venue. All guests are requested to be seated on the outdoor lawn by 4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin shortly thereafter.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire—think dresses, jumpsuits, or slacks with a blouse. Gentlemen can opt for dress pants and a button-up shirt, with ties and jackets being optional. Our wedding colors are soft, neutral tones, so feel free to coordinate if you’d like! In honor of the bride, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white. Above all, please dress comfortably and be ready for an evening filled with dancing, laughter, and celebration!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you enjoy a date night out and join us for an adults-only evening to relax and celebrate. We ask that no children under 12 attend the ceremony or reception.

Please refer to your invitation for guest details. Be sure to update your RSVP accordingly if your plans change!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking is available on-site at the venue; however, please carpool when possible. If you plan to enjoy the bar, please make arrangements for a designated driver or use rideshare services. Your safety is our top priority.

Will there be food?

In true Erica + Caysem fashion, food is a top priority. A buffet style dinner will be served following cocktail hour, accompanied with drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and delicious dessert at the reception!

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

If Utah’s weather is on our side, the ceremony will be held outdoors, creating a beautiful, scenic start to the evening. The reception will be a relaxed, free-flowing celebration with yard games outside and food, music, and festivities inside with the DJ. Enjoy the best of both worlds as we eat, drink, and dance the night away!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration! Please let us know in advance if you have any specific dietary needs, and we will do our best to accomodate.

We ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. Feel free to snap away any time during the remainder of the evening!

Can I request a song?

Answer

Absolutely! We'll have a DJ mixing our music live, so if you have a song that is calling your name, don't hesitate to add it to his queue!
