Wedding: Please join us in cocktail attire. Ladies may choose a party dress in any length, and gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit or a sport coat paired with dress pants. Welcome Party: Elevated summer casual—think breezy summer dresses, linen pieces, slacks. Kindly refrain from wearing shorts or athletic attire. Please note: The event will take place outside, and Wine County can get chilly at night! During the summer you can expect very warm days with evening temperatures dropping into the 60s. We highly encourage you to bring a light jacket or sweater!
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! Due to very limited cell service near the venue, we recommend screenshotting the directions prior to leaving your hotel. If you do not plan on driving to the venue, please make arrangements prior to the wedding day. Please do not rely on booking an Uber/Lyft once at the venue, as ride share is extremely limited in and around Calistoga. You can also book Ubers in advance using the Uber Reserve feature located under the service tap. Unlike booking a trip in advance, Uber Reserve will pair you with a driver. Yes, there are limited parking spots available at Harvest Moon Winery. We highly recommend carpooling with other guests or utilizing Uber/Lyft. Uber/Lyft are more available and reliable in the Santa Rosa/Windsor area! The winery is a short drive from the hotels, so book the ride share and enjoy the evening - drinks are on Dex!
Yes, please join us for a Welcome Party at Harvest Moon Winery! We’ll be serving homemade pizza prepared by the winemaker and baked fresh in the outdoor pizza oven, topped with ingredients from the winery garden. There will be a variety of different wines to try. Come raise a glass with us before the big day! Location: 2192 Olivet Rd in Santa Rosa, CA Time: 5:30 - 8 pm
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside followed by dinner and dancing indoors.
