What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to be cute but comfy at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual or cocktail attire. For the ladies, we recommend flats, block, or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn.

Can I use my cellphone during the ceremony?

Answer

We'd love for you to be fully present during our ceremony. Please join us in turning off all devices and enjoying the moment with us. Our amazing photography and videography team will be sure to capture all the best moments!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation - September 20, 2025 - to ensure we can provide our vendors with an accurate guest count!

Is there a reserved block of rooms at a nearby hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a block at the Avid Hotel in Summerville. Please go to the "Travel & Accommodations" tab on the website. Please note that there are only 10 rooms reserved in our hotel block, so reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Is there a registry for wedding gifts?

Yes! Please visit www.zola.com/wedding/caylinandmathew/registry to view our registry. However, if you are able to join us for the big day, your PRESENCE is all we need ;)

What is the easiest way to travel to the venue?

Answer

We recommend ridesharing services like Uber or Lyft, unless you have decided to rent a car. There is a large parking lot in front of the main clubhouse, at the end of the tree-lined driveway, for anyone driving their own car.

Can I bring a plus one or additional guests?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

To ensure you have plenty of time to get to the venue, find a seat and get settled, we recommend arriving at 4:30 pm. The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 5pm.
