What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30 pm in order for the ceremony to successfully start at 4 pm.

What are you doing to follow the COVID-19 regulations?

Answer

Masks will be provided as an option, all vendors are following all necessary precautions, and hand sanitizer with proper social distancing will be in place.

What should I wear?

Answer

The Fleming wedding is a semi-formal/cocktail event. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. However, it is asked that you are also comfortable enough to get down on the dance floor. Keep a close eye on the weather as well. Typically a Septembers day in Bend, OR is fairly nice, not overly warm, while nighttime can become a little more chilly.

There are many great hotels and AirBnb's that are close to the venue.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will take place outdoors. Location is still undetermined, but it will be outdoors and following all COVID-19 regulations.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free, onsite parking at the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Guests will be served appetizers during the cocktail hour as well as a full dinner, followed by dessert. There will also be a variety of beverages to (hopefully) satisfy all guests!
