What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Garden Party - Men: A classic black tuxedo is preferred, but a dark suit is acceptable. - Women: A formal cocktail dress or long gown in elegant colors or florals that fit the garden vibe.

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we adore your children (and trust us, we really really do), we can only accommodate children of family and the wedding party. We ask that you please try to arrange child care for the weekend of the wedding so that you can be fully present for the festivities. If this becomes an issue or deal-breaker, please reach out to Brian and we can discuss trying to accommodate.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. We request that you refrain from using your phones for pictures or videos and let our wonderful photographer, Emily, and videographer, Alec, and their respective teams capture the day. Once the ceremony is over, go crazy - we would love for you to be able to capture the events of the evening and share your pictures with us!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors, cocktail hour outdoors under a covered patio, and reception indoors. The entire grounds of Hazelnut Farms will be available for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and reception!
