FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by August 1, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. For men, this typically means a suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt (ties optional). For women, ankle, or full-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or polished separates are all great choices. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white dresses, as well as baby blue or lilac, which are colors reserved for the wedding party. White shirts with suits are perfectly fine! Please note, the ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be held indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, so we recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, getting settled, and finding your seat. Please note: The gate to the venue will close at the start of the ceremony. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony has ended before entering. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Question

Answer

Here’s a quick rundown of the big day: Ceremony: 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Dinner: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Dancing & Celebration: 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM We can’t wait to celebrate with you every step of the way!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children in our wedding party. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it please make sure to RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Absolutely! We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding. If you need to leave your car in the lot overnight, please feel free to do so. Just make sure to pick it up by 9:45 AM on Sunday morning.

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Havana Springs, located at 200 Coca Cola Ave, Havana, FL 32333. We’ll move straight from “I do” to cocktail hour and then dinner and dancing!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking available at the venue.

Question

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP! We’ll do our best to accommodate any dietary needs or allergies.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. We’ll have a secondary location in place in case of weather.

Question

Are there any local hotel recommendations?

Answer

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we’ll be celebrating with a full bar and signature cocktails!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re kindly asking guests to put phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be present. Don’t worry, our photographer will capture it all!
