What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal Attire - Suits, dresses, and elegant separates are encouraged; we kindly ask that guests refrain from jeans or casual wear.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We did not block rooms at a specific hotel. there are many hotels and Airbnbs in the area. We recommend staying in Cartersville, Kingston or Rome.

When do I need to RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by July 10th.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 6pm. We ask that you plan to arrive by 5:45pm at the latest to allow time to drive back towards the ceremony site from the front entrance.

Once I get to the entrance, how do I get to the ceremony site?

Answer

The entrance to Kingston Downs is gated. We will have someone at the gate to greet you and let you through between 5pm and 5:45pm. Once you get through the gate follow the road back for approximately two miles. Along the way, you will see signs directing you to the pavilion. Parking for the ceremony is near the pavilion.

What is the closest airport?

Answer

We recommend flying into Hartsfield-Jackson airport in Atlanta.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep the celebration intimate, plus ones are by invitation only. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to us!

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our guests are fully present during our ceremony. We have an amazing team of photographers so we ask that all phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony!

Question

Is this an outdoor wedding?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will take place in a grassy area beneath an oak tree. Our reception area is covered, however, there are open sides and it is not air conditioned.
