Guest Arrival
All guests should enter from Bryan Woods Road, on Whitemarsh Island, using the designated Guest Entrance (green dot on the map).
From there, you will enjoy a short and scenic walk of approximately 2 minutes to the ceremony site (star on the map).
Please allow a few extra minutes for parking and walking so everyone can be seated before the ceremony begins.
Wedding Party Arrival
Members of the wedding party should use the designated Wedding Party Entrance (pink dot on the map). This entrance provides direct access to the staging area and ceremony location.

Wear comfortable footwear suitable for a short walk on natural terrain.
The walk is approximately 2 minutes and relatively easy.
Please follow signage and directions upon arrival.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins.

For those traveling for our wedding, we have a block of rooms at Hotel Tybee, which is where our reception will be held. If you’d like to stay there, you can call the hotel and reference the “Phillips/Loehr Wedding” to book within our group. Of course, you’re also welcome to explore other hotels or Airbnbs in the area if that works better for you. We do recommend staying near Tybee Island so it’s easy to get to the reception and enjoy the beach for the weekend. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me.
