FAQs

Seeking guidance? Confused? Frequently asking questions? You have come to the right place.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 5. This will help us finalize all the details with vendors and plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Why is my name not appearing when I search it to RSVP?

Answer

If you have been searching with your full/formal first name, try searching with the name you are most commonly called or simply search your last name alone. If you have been locked out from too many search attempts, reload the website and attempts should reset.

Question

I was invited to the 5 o'clock ceremony. What time should I arrive? What can I expect?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no earlier than 4:30. The ceremony will be taking place on grass, so ladies be mindful when choosing your shoes :) At the end of the ceremony, there will be a brief time for mingling and pictures before the start of cocktail hour.

Question

I was invited to the 6 o'clock reception. What time should I arrive? What can I expect?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no earlier than 5:45. Upon your arrival, you can expect cocktails and light appetizers to be followed by dinner and dessert. We have chosen to celebrate with an evening of fun and games but please feel free to dance the night away if the music calls to you :)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal dress code for the evening. For men, this encompasses suits, sport coats, dress pants or slacks, and dress shirts or button-downs with or without a tie. For women, consider any length of dress from classic cocktail to floor-length, jumpsuits or pantsuits, or two-piece sets. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue and the weather. If you're unsure, it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white :) Looking for guidance or wanting to match the aesthetic? While we do not have a designated wedding color, the floral decor has been chosen from a muted pastel palette.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Those formally addressed on your invitation are those invited. Already tossed your invitation's envelope or are just unsure? Please see the RSVP tab. When you go to RSVP, those who were addressed with you on your invitation will appear along with your name under the same RSVP.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking for both. The address given on your invitation will bring you uphill to Harper's Vineyard where parking will be available. A staff member will be kindly waiting to assist with parking upon your arrival.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, right here on Zola! Access is just a tap away with the registry tab found above.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, Harper's Vineyard has kindly provided us with a list of recommendations for accommodations near the venue in Townsend. Please see the travel tab for more information.

Question

Is there transportation provided by the venue?

Answer

No, transportation to and from the venue will not be provided. We ask that everyone please be mindful of this throughout the evening, especially if they are consuming alcohol. We hope that everyone who chooses to consume alcohol will drink responsibly and drive safely. Please consider carpool, Uber, Lyft, etc. for transportation needs if you have any concerns.
