Both our ceremony and reception will be indoors. Our reception will feature a live band, dinner and open bar so please consider wearing your best dancing shoes!
Black tie-optional refers to a dress code in which a tuxedo/dinner jacket (black tie) is requested, but guests have the option to wear a dark business suit if they so choose. Women can choose between cocktail dresses, dressy evening separates or a formal gown
For ladies, we suggest visiting Rent the Runway. This website allows you to browse dresses and rent them for a limited period of time. Rent the Runway has a special section specifically for Black Tie Optional weddings. For gentlemen, we suggest visiting The Black Tux. The Black Tux website lets your browse modern tux and suit rentals in multiple colors and styles.
Yes! There are several hotels within a few blocks such as Hotel Indigo, AC by Marriott and the Residence Inn by Marriott. Dallas also has a wide array of affordable AirBNB options as well as a brand new Hostel in neighboring Deep Ellum.
The Newlywed Brunch is a chance for Cayce and Andrew to say their final goodbyes to their out of town guests. The Brunch will be indoors at Harwood Tavern which is located next door to The Carlisle Room and open to all guests and children. Dress code is casual and you may come and go as you please. Please note that breakfast and lunch entrees range from $8-$20 per person. Street parking available.
