Question

Do I have to stay at the resort to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes. Unfortunately we are contracted to have our guests stay at the hotel for a minimum of 3 nights otherwise we incur penalties.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Plus it’s open bar so you’re gonna wanna party like adults.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We decided not to create a registry. Your presence is the best gift you can give. However, if you would really like to give us something, you can donate to our life fund.

Question

Can I book directly with the hotel or through a third party like Orbitz or Expedia?

Answer

With the hotel being at 90% capacity year round, there have been instances where the hotel overbooked and people who had reserved through third party companies got “bumped” to another hotel. The travel company we set up our room block with has a “no bump” contract with Hotel Xcaret which guarantees our reservation no matter what. Shea and Cheryl Bailey have been working with Hotel Xcaret since it’s opening and are professionals ensuring that your booking is easy and hassle free until the moment you check in to your room. In other words, they’ve got our backs.
