We recommend arriving about 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before everything begins. There will be transportation from both hotels provided starting an hour before the ceremony start time. There will be outdoor games for those who arrive early.

Will transportation be available?

Yes! Transportation will be provided to help guests travel between locations safely and conveniently starting 1 hour before the ceremony. There is parking available for guest at the venue as well.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, plus-ones are limited to those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding as we try to keep our celebration intimate.

If I want to go to the after party but I’m staying at the Hilton, how far away are they from each other?

Answer

The two hotels are only about a 3-minute walk from each other, just across a quiet road. It’s a quick and easy walk between them!
