When and at what time is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony and reception will both be held on 05.30.26. The ceremony promptly starts at 4:30pm with the reception to follow.

Where is the ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at "Wild Coyote Ranch". The address is 3804 Russell Rd, Park Hills MO 63601.

When is arrival and departure time?

Answer

The ceremony promptly starts at 4:30pm, we ask that you arrive by 4:15pm to find parking and seats. The reception will follow after the ceremony with dinner at 6:00pm and the after party starting at 7:45pm. Departure time is 10:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

While we want our guest to be comfortable, please come picture appropriate. Suit's and ties/formal dresses are not required, but please do not wear jeans and holy t-shirts. Keep in mind the ceremony is outside with possible uneven ground with the reception being held inside. (Refer to the "Guest Attire" page at the top for inspiration.)

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 1st. After May 1st there will no longer be an RSVP option meaning you will not be in attendance for our big day.
