As we continue to have a crazy 2020 and get closer to the wedding, Amanda and I finally have an update to share with everyone. The bad news is... because of the indoor restrictions in Pennsylvania, we had to improvise our wedding plans once again. The good news is... we are still getting married this year! With some luck (and amazing planning by Amanda), we will be having a cute and quaint ceremony with close family on Friday, August 14th, on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. On the following day, we will be having a small get together at Amanda’s parent’s house for only people in the area. COVID-19 and weather permitting, we have decided to switch our original wedding plans to an outdoor “After Party in PA” at the Hull Plan Lake near my parent’s house on Saturday, October 24th. It will be a casual party and anyone is welcome to attend. We are so thankful to still get married this year and we really appreciate you all being along for this crazy ride. We appreciate your patience as there has been some ups and downs from our original wedding venue closing and now dealing with COVID-19. We have made the difficult decision to officially postpone our wedding until the fall because we don't want to put anyone at risk when coming to our special day. Our new date is Friday, October 23, 2020 at Twelve Oaks Mansion in Mars, PA. Even if you RSVP'd for the original date, we ask that you re-RSVP on this site. We have updated the wedding blocks with each hotel. If you had already booked for May, there is no cancellation fee, we just ask that you call to cancel your old reservation and re-book as soon as you can. We are counting down the days and absolutely CANNOT WAIT to see you soon!
