Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. If your child is invited their name will be listed on the RSVP card. We kindly ask that parents be mindful of children's noise levels and take them to the bridal suite should little ones get cranky and sit in the back two rows during the ceremony for quick access to quieter accommodations. Please also be mindful that at the reception alcohol will be flowing and their will be loud music. It may be nice to enjoy a night off!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal. Prepare for the weather to be warm during the day and cool after sunset

Will the Ceremony and Reception be Indoors or outdoors

Answer

The Ceremony will be held outdoors behind the barn weather permitting. If it rains the ceremony will be held inside the barn. The Reception will be held inside the barn.

Is there parking available at the venue

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Signage will be posted at the entrance and a parking attendant will direct you.

Are there any hotels near by?

Answer

Yes, We have a room block at: Wingate by Wyndham 20 WINDIGROVE DRIVE WAYNESBORO, VIRGINIA 22980 Please contact them to get a room reserved for the night!

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Please ensure that if you plan on consuming alcohol that you have a designated driver or have made arrangements to stay nearby.

When do I need to be at the venue?

Answer

Please be at the venue no later then 3:45 PM

Can we take photos on our phone or Camera?

Answer

We've hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from electronics until cocktail hour. After the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and videos. We would love for these photos and videos to be shared with us so we can look back at our special day!
