Please don’t forget your passport! In addition, please check your passport expiration date. Laws and regulations state you must renew your passport before the 6 month expiration period. Passports can take 3 months to arrive so plan ahead!
The ceremony starts at 5pm. We ask for all guests to arrive BY 4:45pm. If you are late, you will be kindly asked to not enter the ceremony space. Please wait and enter during cocktail hour.
YES, dress to impress! The ceremony has a strict formal dress code. Women: long dresses. Men: suits (tie not required).
We will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we ask guest to not take photos during ceremony. We ask all guests to follow this and be completely present during our special time. We hired professional photographers that will capture the special moment. We are excited to share the photos with you.
We blocked off a variety of rooms at the Hyatt Ziva. Please check the travel section to follow the Tripguy link and book your room. We ask all guests to book through Tripguy only. Guest must stay a minimum of 3 nights, and can extend for a longer stay based on availability.

If we do not receive your RSVP in time before the date we provided, we will mark you as not attending. We will miss celebrating with you, however we have to provide the resort our total guest list before a deadline and cannot accept late RSVPs.
NO. Unless the water is bottled, you will regret drinking the tap water. This includes brushing teeth!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a “plus one” they will appear on your invite. Thank you for understanding!
