Izzy and Ryan met through the dating app Hinge in Chicago, July 2020. While the rain of COVID and riots brought everyone down in Chicago, love brought these two up! Izzy reached out first, and Ryan quickly asked her out on a date to Barcocina, a modern Mexican restaurant. They shared many margaritas and the spark was there from the start. A few months later they started dating. Ryan proposed to Izzy at Bad Luck Bar in downtown Detroit. A beautiful proposal was followed by a surprise party with friends and family. Opposites attract, and that could not be more true for Izzy and Ryan. They love to travel together, dine at hot restaurants (especially sushi), drink cocktails at speakeasy’s, but also staying in and streaming a movie or watching a Bravo show (Southern Charm and Summer House are their favorites). We can’t wait to get married in gorgeous Naples and celebrate with the people we love the most.
