What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
Our Celestial Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM We kindly ask all guests to arrive 30–45 minutes early so we can begin on time.

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes! Self-parking is available at the venue.
Question
Do you have hotel blocks or recommendations?
Answer
You can find our current hotel recommendations in the Travel section of our website. There, you’ll see all our suggested options, including our main block hotel, the Residence Inn in Georgetown.

Will transportation be provided between hotel and venue?
Answer
We’re not planning on providing group transportation. However, Uber and Lyft are both available in the area.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our vibe is semi-formal. Dress to impress, but don’t stress a tux.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?
Answer
This will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family children.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We’re keeping things intimate. When you RSVP, everyone who is invited will be listed by name. If your RSVP doesn’t include a plus-one or another guest’s name, unfortunately they are not invited.

What kind of food will be served?

A BBQ buffet—we’re keeping it Texas-style and delicious!

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Answer
Vegetarian meals can be made available—just let us know when you RSVP. We may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions, but we’ll do our best.

Yes! Enjoy yourself—open bar all night.

What should I expect at the wedding?
Answer
There will be a full celebration flow: Ceremony Cocktail Hour Reception Dinner Dance party to close out the night Come ready to eat, drink, dance, and celebrate with us!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony & Reception: Indoors Cocktail Hour: Outdoors (on grass, but much of the area is paved)

Yes! For our out-of-town guests, we’d love to see you at: Welcome Party: Thursday, November 6th (details in your invite) Goodbye Breakfast: Saturday, November 8th at the Residence Inn
