Ceremony!

3:30 pm

Join us for a brief ceremony among the trees. This event is comfortably classy, consider the weather. The ground is very soft, avoid heels. Think kaki, black or blue pants with collared shirts and dresses or pant suits.

Games & Grazing

4:00 pm

Enjoy more fun and games after the ceremony. A grazing table with charcuterie style food, signature cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

Toast & First Dance

5:00 pm

Raise your glass to cheers the newlyweds as they take the dance floor for their first time. Use the RSVP page to select Prosecco or Sparkling Apple Cider for your toast option.

Dinner & Dessert

6:00 pm

Organic farm to table catering Chef, Ed Winebarger, will prepare the following dishes over an open-flame wood grill: Heirloom tomato panzanella salad with basil vinaigrette Free range chicken breast with barbecue sauce Brined Berkshire pork tenderloin Roasted, herbed fingerling potatoes Marinated squash, zucchini, asparagus, sweet peppers and portobello mushrooms Please use the RSVP page to let us know of any dietary restrictions. Everyone will be served a portion of both chicken and pork as well as a variety of vegetables. Cookie bar for dessert instead of cake. Signature cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

Live Music

8:00 pm

Put on your dancing shoes! A live band will have us grooving to the rhythm of the mountains and the starry night sky! Signature cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

Open Jam

10:00 pm

Late night guests are welcome to bring their instruments and play along. Bring your own beverages, play a game of pool, enjoy the jams and just relax.
