Flight
Milan has three airports: - Malpensa Airport - Linate Airport (recommended) - Orio al Serio Airport (only if flying from another city in Europe) Malpensa: Largest International Aiport but also farthest away. If not renting a car, you can travel to Milan City by train with the Malpensa Express train to Garibaldi or Centrale Station. Taxi or car service is also an option. Linate: Closer. If not renting a car, subway to Milan City. Taxi or car service is also an option. From Milan City you can then also take another train to Lecco, which also stops in Merate, if needed. A bus will go from the hotel block area (Lecco/Malgrate) to the wedding venue. The same bus will also go back to the hotel block area from the venue at the end of the event. Depending on number of people interested in this, we might have two buses, one leaving around 11PM and the other leaving at 1AM for the people who want to enjoy the dance floor until the last minute. More details to follow.
