The Wedding Website of Caitlyn Curtis and Logan Gregory
Question

Where is the Venue?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Stonehurst at Hampton Valley in Hampton, CT. We will be getting married by the Little River and holding our reception in the mansion.

Question

Will the Wedding be Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors unless we have bad weather. Our cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive

Answer

We are asking our guest to arrive 15-30 minutes early for the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 4:00 p.m followed by the cocktail and reception. The wedding will be ending around 9:30 p.m.

Question

Is The Venue Wheelchair and Handicapped Accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue has automatic doors that open with the press of a button and handicapped bathroom stalls. We also will have vehicles to help with transportation down to the ceremony site and to the reception area afterwards for those who need it.

Question

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

We are asking our guests to dress semi-formal for our wedding. We would love our family and friends to get dressed up with us! Please no jeans or shorts. Wear whatever colors besides white.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We want our guests to be present and enjoy the moment with us. After the ceremony please take as many photos as you want. We will make an announcement before the ceremony for phones and cameras to be put away.

Question

Can I Bring a Guest?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate our special day with tons of people, our venue has a max capacity of people allowed to be there for security and safety reasons. Unless we include them on your invitation no plus ones will be able to attend. On the invitation it will have your name and guest written on it.

Question

What Happens if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

We are asking our guests to RSVP by August 30th, 2024. Our wedding venue needs our final guest count 6 weeks before our wedding to better prepare for the day. If you do not RSVP by the date above we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no" and you will not be able to attend the wedding. If you do RSVP and cannot make the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances please reach out to let us know.

Question

Can I Bring Alcohol?

Answer

Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol due to Connecticut's Liquor Laws. We will have a capped bar where alcohol can be ordered. Our capped bar will eventually turn into a cash bar.

Question

Can I Bring my Kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only event besides those in the wedding party.

Question

What Type of Food is being Served?

Answer

We will be having a barbeque buffet for our dinner. This will Include: Barbecue Chicken Brisket Pulled pork Mac and Cheese Garlic Mashed Potatoes Broccolini When RSVPing you will have the chance to let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We want to make sure everyone has an option to choose from!

Question

Where Can I stay if I am in need of a hotel?

Answer

We have a separate tab on our wedding website with a few hotel options near our wedding venue. Depending on which hotel you stay at, it will take up to 30 minutes to commute to our wedding venue. If you are unable to drive back to your hotel room the night of our wedding, guests are able to leave their vehicles over night at our venue and can come back the next day to get their vehicles.
