FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping the wedding limited to children of our immediate family. We kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made in advance so you can relax and enjoy the celebration with us.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal: Suits and gowns are preferred, but not required. Please consider a warm layer as the Arizona evenings tend to cool down.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Wednesday, January 21, 2026

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking will be available for the ceremony. Details for reception parking will be shared soon.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided to or from the ceremony or reception locations. Guests are welcome to use personal vehicles or rideshare services for travel between venues.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes—please visit our Lodging page for our recommended options.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please see our Registry page for all registry details.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our date typically falls during mild, pleasant weather with cooler evenings. We recommend checking the forecast as the day gets closer and bringing a light layer just in case.

Question

What time should guests arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be seated for the ceremony no later than 3:30 PM.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from using cell phones during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. But once the reception begins, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like — we’d love to see them!
