1) We encourage full vaccination of our wedding guests and if anyone is unvaccinated, we request that they wear a mask and maintain social distancing 2) We encourage everyone to get tested prior to traveling down to SC (we plan to!) and take all measures and precautions to remain covid-free throughout the trip 3) For anyone that is showing signs/symptoms of Covid or knows they may have been exposed, we ask that you please don't attend! We will completely understand and appreciate you for keeping everyone else safe 4) The venue for the reception, Lands End Yacht Club, offers an expansive outdoor deck space which we plan to utilize (weather dependent) and all windows in the venue open so we plan to have those open to allow extra airflow into the venue 5) The maximum building capacity is 260 people. We expect to have under 75 guests, so there will be ample space to spread out 6) Masks will be available if a guest prefers to wear one or is unvaccinated. Mask shaming will not be permitted! We want everyone to feel comfortable with their choices!

Evan and Catie met November 2, 2013 at Public Bar in Washington D.C. Catie was there with her now Matron of Honor, Kellsey, and Evan was there with his Groomsman, Nick (...though, the evening wasn't as memorable for them, weird!) Saturday Night Live was playing on the screen behind the bar, so Catie and Evan started chatting about their mutual love for the show while they waited to order drinks. It was Daylight Savings so the bar was open for an extra hour...was this extra hour what solidified the relationship?? We may never know.
