Mountain Springs Lake Resort
Mountain Springs Lake Resort is set as the primary venue for our wedding weekend. We encourage guests to spend the weekend celebrating with us at the resort. Guests can unwind with complimentary rowboats, fish from the resort's stocked private lake, stroll scenic hiking trails, lounge at the private beaches, play tennis, volleyball, basketball, ping-pong, enjoy bonfires under the stars, and more. Off-site guests are welcome! The resort permits day and overnight guests, with a $20 fee for overnight guests. Transportation outside scheduled events can be arranged upon request.
The Cure Cafe
Standout coffee, espresso drinks, avocado toast, pancakes, omelets, and healthy options—top-rated cozy vibe. Located on Downtown Stroudsburg's Main Street.
Bushkill Falls
Known as the "Niagara of Pennsylvania," explore eight stunning waterfalls via scenic boardwalks and trails—a must-see natural wonder while you're in the area. Distance: ~35-50 min drive from the venue.
Pocono Snake & Animal Farm
It's never a bad day when animals are involved! Since so many of our own dates have revolved around cute critters, this spot was a must for our recommendations. This family-owned mini-zoo offers hands-on, up-close animal encounters: feed monkeys and lemurs, bottle-feed goats and pigs, view exotic reptiles (including massive snakes and alligators), and more. Distance: ~20 min drive from the venue.
