What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding attire is formal. Men are encouraged to wear a suit (light or dark), with or without a tie. Women are encouraged to wear floor length gowns, tea length gowns, or dressy separates. Groomsmen will be wearing tan linen suits with no tie. Bridesmaids will be wearing pale yellow satin gowns.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure all guests are seated on time.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The wedding ceremony will be under plenty of shade and the reception will be held under a tent with cooling fans. The VanLandingham Estate is air-conditioned and will be open to all guests throughout the evening.

Will parking be available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the Holy Trinity Church, located next to the VanLandingham Estate. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available within the Charlotte area.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests included on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
