Wedding Party

Meet our wedding crew. The people who keep us grounded, make us laugh, and remind us how loved we are.

Niko Gargoles

Best Man

Niko and I grew up together and spent a lot of time hanging out during our university days—hitting the gym, and making sure we got our money’s worth at every all-you-can-eat sushi spot. Big thanks to Niko (and Kuya Ian) for helping capture our engagement photos, couldn’t have done it without them!

Gliff Macalua

Best Man

I’ve known Gliff since high school, and we spent most weekends growing up hitting parties, karaoke nights, and enjoying a drink or two. Wherever Gliff is, the party always comes alive.

Ian Navarro

Best Man

Always reliable and there whenever I need him, my brother has been a constant source of support. He introduced me to snowboarding, inspired me to pick up photography, and, along with Niko, made sure our engagement photos turned out perfectly.

Christopher Baluyot

Groomsman

"Chups" and I go way back to high school, where our friend group practically hung out at his place every day. We even survived prom together. Chups always brings good times, great memories, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Jonathan De Guzman

Groomsman

I’ve known Johnny since high school, and he’s always been my go-to guy for anything cars or computers. Hanging out with him is never short on laughs, and parties are always better when he’s around.

Alec Gargoles

Groomsman

Alec is a few years younger, but as cousins we grew up side by side and spent countless summers together. It’s always a good time when he’s around, full of laughs, stories, and that easy kind of fun that never gets old.

Wilfred Navarro

Groomsman

As cousins, growing up together meant endless games of Counter-Strike, pickup basketball, and the occasional (ill-advised) firecracker experiment. These days, whenever we get the chance to hang out, it usually ends with our classic line — “Shot na!” — because some things never change.

Kelvin Visda

Groomsman

Kelvin and I go way back to our high school days—countless basketball games, plenty of laughs, and adventures around Pampanga that we’ll never forget. From the court to the province, we’ve been teammates in more ways than one.

Vanessa Lopez

Maid of Honor

A kindred spirit, “hermana de la vida”, Vanessa came into my life as an adult while living in Germany. From the moment I laid eyes on her, I wanted to know everything I could about this beautiful human being. From traveling in Europe together to her visit here in Utah, time seems to stand still when Vanessa is around and it never feels like enough. In Vanessa I am seen, heard, and fervently understood. Everyone needs a Vanessa in their life.

Alia Carroll

Bridesmaid

Chic wrapped up in silliness and wit, that is just the surface of Alia’s charm. Perhaps she may have not been so sure of me when I walked into the referral management office, but in no time, we were head over heels, at least I was, haha! Alia’s ability to be seen is unmatched. Her person carries endless comfort that I am lucky to say I get to receive. A true friend I am forever grateful to call mine.

Brooke Jaynes

Bridesmaid

Joy and safe haven are the three words that make me think of Brooke. I also met Brooke in elementary school, and would not have admitted it then, but I was terrified she may not like me. She was everything I was not as a child. Rambunctious, hilarious, and free. I don’t think much has changed through the years. Hugs from Brooke feel like home. My forever safe haven filled of laughter and freedom.

Ashlee McQueen

Bridesmaid

To this day, our meeting is the one of my favorite stories to share. From randomly meeting in an airport to driving a couple of hours in a last minute rented car, the odds of forever were not necessarily in our favor. If you know Ashlee though, she is magnetic. Cool, sporty, and loads of beauty, she is a friend that with a quiet and serene calm captivates those who are lucky to meet her. We have been on quite the parallel journey. Her spark is something I look forward to see continue to shine.

Monica Pineda

Bridesmaid

Monica is the answered prayer to my request to have a little sister. Despite our later in life start, Monica has cemented her place in my heart. From her contagious laugh, straight answers, and warm honesty, she adds color to the gray parts of my life. I am proud of all her accomplishments and how she has worked so hard for them. She is the definition of thriving with humor and wit. That’s my little sister!

Alondra Santos

Bridesmaid

My apartment buddy! I first met Alondra when I was moving into another apartment and she was to take over my little studio. From sharing clothes, jewelry, and all just life, Alondra was a breath of fresh air that lived up to the girl friendship of my dreams. A woman of discipline, craft, and sweetness, she inspired a lot of changes in my life. You can’t not smile with Alondra around. Not just because she has a dazzling smile (seriously!) but because the positive you can’t see, she will make sure to see it for you.

Rita Schwarz

Bridesmaid

As someone who is apprehensive of change, Rita has been a gorgeous being that has made me see the joy of change. Not only is Rita a stone cold fox, but she has a heart that is even more beautiful. Walking around Kaiserslautern with wine in hand and endless giggles, Rita has been the one who knew how to tap into my silly side. A woman full of courage and resolve, Rita is that shining pillar that I get to admire for the rest of my life.

Elizabeth Bizzell

Bridesmaid

Elizabeth was the first friend that I made that I knew was going to be my forever. Even though we were only in fourth grade, I knew she was going to be my person. Fast forward the years, Elizabeth has been part of the ups and downs of it all, my solid rock. I am often left in admiration of the grace and strength she exudes as she tackles the many phases of life. She is one of the rays of sunshine in my life that is full of wit, sarcasm, and boundless love.
