Lake Monroe
Enjoy Lake Monroe. Cruise Up Highway 37 and take the exit for it or you can also go up 446 as well. Either way, it's beautiful to see!

Persimmon Festival
The Persimmon Festival for 2021 will be going on downtown Mitchell, Indiana from 9/18/2021 to 9/25/2021. If you get here a day or two before the wedding this is a small town festival with a lot of heart! Enjoy some persimmon pudding (DELICIOUS!) or some persimmon ice cream! Listen to live music and enjoy the food! Lots of rides for the kids too!
