When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP online by September 3rd, 2022. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know at your earliest convenience. This will help us make proper accommodations and plan accordingly. We can also be reached at MattandCathyWedding@gmail.com

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please wear whatever makes you feel confident while avoiding colors typically reserved for the bride. Please, no denim. Pending weather, our ceremony, and cocktail hour will be outside. Please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can begin to arrive at 1:30 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. Any late arrivals may not be permitted to enter the ceremony space.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the Old Field Club has valet parking on-premise.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation. Limo services in the area include: LI County Car (631-386-8660), Long Island Car Service (631-388-4747) and M&V Limo (631-543-0908). Also, utilize rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotels in the area include: Hilton Garden Inn at Stony Brook, Holiday in Express Stony Brook, The Three Village Inn, The Smithtown Inn, and Danfords Hotel. You may also find available lodging through AirBnb.

How should I address cards and gifts?

Answer

Even after we are pronounced husband and wife, please continue to use Mr. Matt Marciano and Ms. Cathy Rico for all mailings and checks.
