Where should we park?

Answer

We are trying to be good neighbors and avoid traffic and congestion on Bertwell and the surrounding neighborhood streets. For this reason, we are encouraging guests to park at the William Diamond Middle School using the 99 Hancock Street entrance and take a short shuttle ride to our home.

How often will the shuttle service run?

Answer

The shuttle will pick up guests of the Inn at 5:45 p.m. and return guests to the Inn at 10 p.m. The shuttle from Diamond Middle School to our home will run continuously between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. The school is also a short, safe walk from our home if you prefer some exercise!

What attire is expected of guests?

Answer

Guests are invited to wear cocktail attire. We plan to dress up for the occasion and hope you will too!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love for everyone to have a "plus one" but we have limited space for the celebration at our home. If your invitation says "and Guest" or your partner's name, then yes. If not, then unfortunately we will not have the room.

Will there be allergy-friendly and vegetarian food items?

Answer

There will be vegetarian and gluten-free options among the food choices. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Are there any COVID-related requirements?

Answer

The health and safety of our guests is important. While we are not requiring masks or COVID testing, we ask that guests use good judgment about testing and attending if they are experiencing symptoms or have had a recent exposure to COVID.
