Last minute reminders. Check the weather before you leave for Charleston, the nights have been chilly. We hope to have the cocktail hour outside from about 5-6pm so please feel to arrive anytime after 5pm. It’s a Whole Hog Roast so you can eat when you are ready to eat. The band will move inside so dancing will like be inside after we feast. The attire is dressy causal but you might need a coat or sweater if you want to stay outside. We can’t wait to see everyone.
Cocktail Hour will run from 5pm-6pm. Feel free to arrive anytime after 5 pm. You will not be late! Dinner will be ongoing from ~6pm-8pm.
We will be having a Whole Hog Roast so be prepared to eat! We have a few additional items but please let us know if you have any food allergies or requests.
Weather depending we hope to gather mostly outside to mingle and listen to the music but there will be plenty of room inside if ends up being too cold or it rains. Recommend to check the weather before you leave for Charleston. Causal Comfortable Garden Attire.

Highly recommend to book now, can always cancel if your plans change. Plenty of hotels in walking distance to the Cooper River Room or you can choose to stay in beautiful downtown Charleston
